Cyber Patrol Blocks AFA Website as Intolerant

WASHINGTON -- Cyber Patrol, the largest Internet filtering software provider in the world, has blocked user access to the American Family Association's website. The software company labeled the group's strident anti-gay material as "intolerant" and therefore inappropriate viewing material for children. In short, the AFA’s Webpages are being lumped together with skinhead, white supremacist and other "intolerant" sites.

The site was banned, officials at the organization learned, because of passages declaring the group's adamant opposition to homosexuality and gay rights.
